About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to lead the overall operations of FLAX across multiple outlets and the Central Kitchen.

The role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, profitability, team performance, customer experience, SOP compliance, inventory control, and business growth across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across all FLAX outlets and Central Kitchen.
• Drive outlet performance, sales, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Outlet Managers, and operational teams.
• Drive manpower planning, productivity, training, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, stock availability, and operational expenses.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Operations, Central Kitchen, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
• Monitor customer experience, ratings, complaints, and service standards.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Support new outlet launches, expansion projects, and operational setups.
• Prepare and present operational MIS and business performance reports to management.
• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely resolution across locations.

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

• 8–10 years of experience in F&B, QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets / clusters.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of P&L, food cost, inventory, wastage, and manpower management.
• Strong knowledge of F&B SOPs, hygiene, quality, and operational processes.
• Experience in handling fast-paced and high-volume operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to regularly travel across outlets and the Central Kitchen.
