Chartered Accountant jobs in Delhi

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, including return filing, assessments, notices, and reconciliations.
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.
• Review and supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for business performance improvement.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and month-end/year-end reporting.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate internal controls.
• Support business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 5–10+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Proven track record of handling audits, taxation, and financial management independently.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
