We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the organization's financial growth and operational excellence.
Job Summary
The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to support strategic decision-making while ensuring accurate financial management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA filings, and Tax Audits.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, debtors, and creditors management.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and maintain financial records.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Support management with financial reports, MIS, and strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
- Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and financial reporting.
- Practical experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA compliance, and statutory audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
