Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Monitor financial performance and provide financial analysis
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Handle GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings and compliance
- Ensure compliance with MCA regulations and the Companies Act
- Manage tax planning, respond to tax notices, and handle assessments
- Handle PF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) filings
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
