We are looking for an experienced and passionate Italian Head Chef to lead our Italian kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Italian cuisine, excellent kitchen leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation.

• Lead and manage the Italian kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of authentic Italian dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Develop and standardise recipes, portion sizes, plating techniques, and kitchen procedures.
• Create and contribute to Italian menus in coordination with the Executive Chef / Culinary Head.
• Ensure the use of high-quality and authentic ingredients wherever required.
• Supervise food preparation, cooking, plating, and service during operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop chefs and kitchen staff on Italian culinary techniques and recipes.
• Manage food costs through effective portion control, yield management, wastage control, and proper utilisation of ingredients.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams for sourcing and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
