Job Description: Executive Chef – Regenta Central Cassia

The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at Regenta Central Cassia, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The role includes managing kitchen staff, menu planning, food cost control, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including restaurant and banquet services.
  • Plan menus and maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the culinary team.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, purchasing, and waste control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for events and special functions.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen operations, with leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food production, cost control, and kitchen management.
