We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for a family residence in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing healthy, vegetarian meals with a focus on salads, diabetic-friendly cuisine, and modern presentation.

• Dietary Preference: Pure Vegetarian

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, healthy, and nutritious vegetarian meals.
• Specialize in salads, diabetic-friendly dishes, and low-oil/low-ghee cooking.
• Create a variety of fancy, contemporary, and well-presented meals.
• Plan balanced menus according to the family's dietary preferences.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate grocery requirements as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Private Chef or in a premium hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong expertise in healthy vegetarian cuisine, including diabetic-friendly meal preparation.
• Skilled in preparing modern, gourmet, and aesthetically presented dishes.
• Should be comfortable relocating to Kolkata.
• Preference will be given to candidates from outside Kolkata.
