Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the highest executive authority responsible for defining and executing the organization’s strategic vision, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening the company’s position within the EdTech ecosystem. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to lead the organization toward long-term success through innovation, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships within the education and technology sectors.
Key Objectives
1. Establish and execute the long-term strategic vision and growth roadmap for the organization.
2. Expand the organization’s presence across educational institutions, government programs, and industry partnerships.
3. Strengthen the company’s position as a leading EdTech and skill development partner for institutions and enterprises.
4. Drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability.
5. Build a high-performing leadership team and scalable organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and growth roadmap of the organization.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies within the EdTech sector.
- Lead transformation initiatives to strengthen the organization’s competitive position and market presence.
2. Board & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to align organizational strategy with long term objectives.
- Present strategic plans, performance updates, and growth initiatives to the board and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, government bodies, academic institutions, and industry partners.
3. Business Growth & Expansion
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and new business opportunities across education and technology platforms.
- Develop strategic alliances with universities, colleges, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
- Lead initiatives that enhance the organization’s brand positioning and industry influence.
4. Organizational Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across operations, sales, technology, and academics.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across the organization. Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency across all functions.
5. Financial & Operational Oversight
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining quality standards in educational delivery and services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Education, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 15–20+ years of professional experience, with significant exposure to EdTech, education, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of leading organizations, driving business growth, and managing large teams.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
