CHINESE CHEF – JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and taste.
  • Handle noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, soups, starters and gravies.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
  • Complete daily mise-en-place and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow FSSAI food-safety standards.
  • Control food wastage and monitor ingredient usage.
  • Check freshness, storage and FIFO/FEFO of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy hours.
  • Report stock shortages, equipment issues and quality problems.
  • Follow restaurant SOPs, discipline and management instructions.

Required

  • 2–5 years of Chinese cuisine experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Chinese cooking and sauces.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent quality.
  • Good teamwork and kitchen discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
