Full job description

  • Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes including Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, Shanghai, or other regional specialties.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all food items.
  • Handle wok cooking and traditional Chinese cooking techniques efficiently.
  • Develop and introduce new menu items while maintaining authenticity.
  • Maintain proper mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory of kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, sauces, seafood, meats, and vegetables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in authentic Chinese restaurants or hospitality establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine, sauces, spices, and cooking methods.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
