Customer Success Officer – Pro-To-Grow

Location: Christian Basti, Guwahati, Assam

Role Summary:
Pro-To-Grow is a nutrition-focused company committed to delivering wholesome and science-backed food products. The Customer Success Officer will ensure excellent customer experiences, strengthen client relationships, and support business growth through proactive service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities (8):
1. Gather and analyse customer insights to improve satisfaction and retention.
2. Monitor performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.
3. Handle escalation management and ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and loyalty.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships and key client accounts.
6. Conduct customer journey mapping to identify service improvement opportunities.
7. Support sales performance through customer engagement and cross-functional coordination.
8. Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate guidance to customers.

Additional Duties:

• Conduct due diligence on customer concerns and service requests.
• Provide online support through calls, email, chat, and social channels.
• Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Strengthen long-term key client relationships.

Requirements (7):
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in customer service or customer success roles.
4. Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
5. Problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities.
6. Understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
