Full job description

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
  • Operate and oversee VMC & CNC machines to ensure smooth production
  • Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets
  • Monitor machine performance, downtime, and productivity
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure workplace safety and discipline among operators
  • Train and guide operators on machining processes and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity and cost reduction

Pay: ₹10,320.03 - ₹38,078.96 per month
