We are expanding our oral care portfolio and transitioning our manufacturing footprint from China to India. We are seeking a highly organized, technically-minded Project Associate - NPD & SCM to drive this transition.

You will act as the central coordinator between leadership, our local manufacturing partners, and regulatory bodies. Your mission is to track milestones and ensure our new product launches (toothbrushes, power toothbrushes, and water flossers) and supply chain migration happen seamlessly and strictly on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Tracking (NPD): Maintain the master project dashboard for new product launches. Conduct daily follow-ups with manufacturing partners to monitor progress, track engineering milestones, and proactively flag bottlenecks to leadership.

Supply Chain Migration (SCM): Coordinate the operational logistics of shifting manufacturing tools, custom injection molds, and electrical components from China to Indian manufacturing sites. Track local Bill of Materials (BOM) localization and inventory readiness.

BIS Compliance Management: Serve as the internal coordinator for the impending Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification process for our powered and electronic models. Manage timelines, documentation, and sample submissions between technical teams, external consultants, and approved testing laboratories.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Plastics/Polymer Technology (CIPET graduates preferred).

Experience: 0–2 years. Prior internship experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer hardware, or electronics assembly is a major plus. T

Technical Literacy: Basic conceptual understanding of injection molding/tooling, engineering Bill of Materials (BOM), and hardware components. Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Hyper-Organized: Methodical approach to multitasking, maintaining strict file hierarchies, and tracking multiple moving parts without slipping up.

Assertive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi to effectively interface and negotiate timelines with factory managers, vendors, and lab technicians
