Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Cybersecurity Trainer to educate and empower our personnel to safely navigate the digital landscape and defend against evolving threats. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality cybersecurity training programs. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical skills of our teams, guiding learners through certification pathways, and fostering a strong organizational culture of security awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Material Development: Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, comprehensive study guides, practical lab exercises, and real-world case studies.
• Training Delivery: Conduct interactive workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions covering a wide range of topics—from fundamental security awareness to advanced ethical hacking and network defense.
• Mentorship & Career Guidance: Provide individualized support to learners, helping them navigate cybersecurity career paths and actively preparing them to achieve industry-standard certifications.
• Hands-on Lab Management: Set up and manage cyber range environments, guiding students through practical incident response simulations, threat hunting, and vulnerability assessments.
• Continuous Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, and direct feedback, continuously refining course modules to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Threat Landscape Monitoring: Stay continuously updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threat vectors, tools, and industry best practices to ensure all instructional content remains relevant and accurate.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science like BSc IT/CS, BTech,BE,MCA,MSc IT/CS.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the cybersecurity sector (e.g., as a security analyst, penetration tester, or engineer), coupled with a strong background in instructional design or corporate training.
• Certifications: Active, recognized industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP, CISM,OSCP.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of network security, cloud security frameworks (AWS, Azure), cryptography, and familiarity with standard security tools (e.g., Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap, SIEM platforms).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to translate complex technical vulnerabilities into accessible, engaging, and easy-to-understand lessons for diverse audiences.
