The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all work is completed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities, including roads, culverts, boundary walls, drainage, RCC structures, and other civil works.

* Execution of Work: Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, layouts, specifications, and instructions from senior engineers.

* Labour Management: Manage labour, supervisors, subcontractors, and machinery at the site to maintain productivity.

* Quality Control: Check the quality of materials and workmanship, including concrete, reinforcement steel, brickwork, and earthwork.

* Measurement and Billing: Maintain daily measurements, prepare Measurement Books (MB), quantity calculations, and assist the billing engineer with RA bills.

* Material Management: Monitor material consumption, maintain stock records, and ensure materials are available as per site requirements.

* Daily Progress Reports: Prepare and submit daily site progress reports, including labour attendance, machinery status, material consumption, and photographs.

* Drawing and Layout: Check site dimensions, levels, alignments, and layouts according to approved drawings.

* Safety Management: Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Coordination: Coordinate with clients, departmental engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and head office.

* Record Keeping: Maintain site registers, cement and steel records, concrete pour records, inspection reports, and other necessary documentation.

* Timely Completion: Ensure work progresses according to the project schedule and immediately report any delays, technical issues, or site obstructions to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* Relevant experience in civil construction projects preferred.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, levelling instruments, and construction measurements.

* Understanding of RCC work, roads, culverts, earthwork, and building construction.

* Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to maintain daily reports and coordinate with site staff.

Daily Reporting Requirements

The Site Engineer must submit the following information to the company every day:

* Site work completed and total progress.

* Labour and staff attendance.

* Machinery deployed at the site.

* Materials received and consumed.

* Measurements and work quantities.

* Site photographs and videos.

* Problems, delays, and next-day work plan.

Important: The Site Engineer will be responsible for proper site supervision, quality control, accurate measurements, material management, and timely execution of assigned work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
