We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Civil Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and labor teams.
• Ensure execution of work as per structural and architectural drawings.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify measurements, bills, and material consumption.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
• Manage site workforce and maintain discipline at the site.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of site materials.
• Ensure adherence to local building regulations and standards.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and site logs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, RCC work, finishing work, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
