Job Title: Senior Civil Execution Engineer
Experience: 10+ Years

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage day-to-day site execution activities and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved quality standards and project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity at the site.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team for quality compliance.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company HSE standards.
- Identify site issues, resolve technical constraints, and coordinate with the design/engineering team where required.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with planning and commercial teams for progress tracking, measurements, and billing.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, approvals, and as-built information.
- Manage multiple work fronts and ensure timely handover of completed areas.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Civil Execution.
- Strong experience in building/construction/project execution activities.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Strong site management and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
