Civil Engineering jobs in Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works as per approved drawings and project schedule.
• Ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and daily activities to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other teams for seamless project execution.
• Verify material quality and quantities; ensure proper usage and minimize wastage.
• Prepare and check measurement sheets, estimates, and contractor bills.
• Review and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and site records.
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering materials, methods, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Good understanding of structural drawings, BOQs, and quantity estimation.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
• 3–10 years of experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination in real estate or construction projects specifically for high rise and residential building.
