What does the job entail?

• Investigate and analyze claims to determine their validity and potential for settlement
• Review and verify claimant information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with claimants, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims
• Process and manage claims through various stages, including initial assessment, investigation, and settlement
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agents, vendors, and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with other teams, such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure seamless claim resolution
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices
• Analyze and report on claim trends, statistics, and insights to inform business decisions and improve processes
• Manage and escalate claims that require additional support or investigation
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
