Clinical Research Associate jobs

Role Summary

The Clinical Research Associate leads the design, execution, analysis, and dissemination of clinical research at MindfulTMS Neurocare, with primary focus on rTMS, neurofeedback, and adjacent neuromodulation interventions across psychiatric and neurological populations. This role runs the clinic's research pipeline end-to-end — from data analytics to manuscript submission — and serves as the internal research and methods authority for clinical and leadership teams.

Research Design & Execution

• Lead the design and execution of retrospective and prospective studies on rTMS, neurofeedback, and combined neuromodulation interventions.
• Develop study protocols, case report forms, and data collection instruments.
• Prepare and submit IRB / ethics committee applications and amendments; manage approvals and renewals.

Data Management & Analysis

• Clean, deduplicate, and maintain multi-site clinical research databases (rTMS, NFB, and related modalities).
• Conduct statistical analyses using R Studio, JASP, or equivalent — including parametric and non-parametric tests, effect sizes, regression, and pre-/post-intervention modelling.
• Develop reproducible analysis pipelines; document methods to research-publication standards.

Manuscript & Conference Output

• Draft and submit peer-reviewed manuscripts; manage end-to-end submission, including revisions and reviewer correspondence.
• Prepare conference abstracts and posters for relevant scientific forums (IMA, MDS, IAN, ISCBN, etc.).
• Conduct structured literature reviews; maintain an internal evidence library indexed by clinical area.

Internal Research Function

• Serve as the in-house statistical and methodological reference for clinical staff.
• Translate research findings into clinical, operational and marketting improvements.
• Contribute evidence-based content to training manuals, SOPs, and patient-facing materials.

Cross-functional

• Collaborate with the Neurofeedback Clinical Specialist on NFB-specific research outputs.
• Support clinical leadership with periodic data summaries, performance reviews, and grant or award applications.
• Mentor junior research staff as the function grows.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
