Urgent Opening for QA Head
Location - Turbhe
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards across all products, outlets and operations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality, hygiene and food safety audits.
- Develop and implement SOPs for quality control, food handling and sanitation.
- Monitor vendor quality, raw materials, packaging and product shelf life.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste and presentation.
- Handle customer quality complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Train employees on food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Lead the QA team and drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in QA, preferably in F&B, FMCG, chocolate or confectionery.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP and ISO 22000.
- Experience in multi-location operations, audits and vendor quality management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
