The Chamber of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CIMSME) is a national organization working towards the growth, development, and empowerment of MSMEs across India. We regularly conduct meetings, seminars, and programs to support entrepreneurs and strengthen India’s business ecosystem.

We are looking for a smart, organized, and experienced Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist in coordinating the daily schedule of the President and senior officials. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and capable of handling administrative and communication tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk — greet visitors, handle calls, and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Maintain and update the President’s daily meeting schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, visitors, messages).
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the management and office staff as needed.
  • Manage meeting arrangements, refreshments, and visitor hospitality.
  • Maintain filing systems, basic records, and office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings of the Chamber.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
