We offer a wide range of academic programs in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy & Degree courses, designed to prepare students for the future, and we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager for our Admissions & Outreach team.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Admissions Management:

· Oversee the entire admission process strategically, including outreach, application management, counselling, and enrolment for new students.

· Provide support and guidance to prospective students and their families throughout the admission process.

· Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the institute’s programs and courses in Jabalpur (MP).

· Create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and print materials to attract prospective students.

· Manage advertising campaigns, events, and outreach programs to increase brand visibility.

· Establish relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations to enhance the efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (Over 10 years) in admission management, or marketing, ideally within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of the education landscape in the specified location.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the specific location for outreach and marketing activities.

Desired Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to changing trends.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and local dialects (Bhojpuri, Oriya) is an advantage.
• Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
