**Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Manager

• Manage and lead the showroom sales team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Drive showroom sales through effective team management and follow-ups.
• Ensure proper product presentation and showroom operations.
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Sales Consultant

• Attend customers and understand their furniture requirements.
• Provide detailed product information and suitable recommendations.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned individual sales targets.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

⭐ Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Royal Oak/ is MANDATORY.
• Candidates with relevant furniture/showroom sales experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of sales processes and target achievement.
• Local candidates from Jabalpur will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period may be preferred. Salary

Salary: Negotiable for experienced candidates
Salary will be discussed based on experience, skills and previous Royal Oak experience.
