Full job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of marketplace operations and be eager to learn. Experience with advertising is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart listings.
- Create and update product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images).
- Conduct keyword research using Helium 10 and improve SEO.
- Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues.
- Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments and inventory.
- Handle returns, reimbursements, and order operations.
- Track payouts and reconcile payment discrepancies.
- Research competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with warehouse and design teams for new launches.
- Generate sales and operational reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Understanding of listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Familiarity with Helium 10 (preferred).
- Knowledge of FBA shipments, inventory, returns, and payouts.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months–2 years of Amazon/Flipkart marketplace experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong marketplace knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome.
- PPC/Advertising knowledge is not mandatory.
