Job Title:

Social Media Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Associate who can manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining posting schedules, interacting with the audience, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Write captions, hashtags, and social media content.
• Schedule posts as per the content calendar.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Track performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Help increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Required Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Creativity and trend awareness.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, or Premiere Pro (basic level).
• Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
• Internship experience in social media management will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Consistent content publishing.
• Growth in followers and page reach.
• Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves).
• Reel/video views and impressions.
• Timely response to messages and comments.
• Quality and creativity of content.
• Campaign performance and lead generation (if applicable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
