Full job description
TTP Technologies Private Limited (TTP) is family owned company in existence since 1982. Thecompany is the largest manufacturer and exporter of Transformer Radiators with 90% of its turnover of about 1200 crores being exports.
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with functional knowledge of accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance under company law, handling board and shareholder matters, maintaining financial records, and supporting taxation-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Company Secretarial & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board Meetings, AGM, and EGM.
- File annual returns, ROC forms, and other statutory filings within due dates.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Draft board resolutions, notices, agendas, and corporate documentation.
- Monitor corporate governance practices and regulatory updates.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with finance team for budgeting and audit support.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
- Functional knowledge of taxation laws
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Company Law, corporate governance, and ROC compliances.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- CS qualified from ICSI
- Qualification in Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in handling ROC filings and financial documentation.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
