Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and supporting smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and plans.
• Monitor labor workforce and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain site discipline and enforce safety regulations.
• Track daily progress and report to senior engineers.
• Manage site materials and minimize wastage.
• Assist in measurements, billing, and basic documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards on construction sites.
