Role: Senior Retoucher & Compositor

Location: Noida

Experience:12+ years

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Retoucher & Compositor with strong technical expertise and creative judgment. The role involves leading high-quality retouching and compositing work across campaigns while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

· Lead advanced retouching and compositing projects across beauty, automotive, and food categories

· Manage end-to-end execution from raw files to final campaign assets

· Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards

· Provide inputs to enhance visual quality and consistency

· Mentor junior team members and review outputs for quality control

Skills and Expertise

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

· Strong expertise in high-end retouching and complex compositing techniques

· Strong understanding of lighting, perspective, and surface detailing

· Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for retouching and workflow efficiency

Communication and Stakeholder Management

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Experience working with senior stakeholders and clients

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Arts, or a related field
