The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, designers, testers, and support engineers.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure software quality.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Track project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Mentor and train team members to improve technical and professional skills.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
• Monitor team productivity and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Encourage innovation, continuous learning, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Python, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or other version control systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
