- System Analysis & Design: Evaluate current IT infrastructures, identify areas for improvement, and design new technical systems to meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into actionable functional specifications for IT and development teams.
- Implementation & Upgrades: Oversee the rollout of new hardware, software, and cloud solutions while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex network, hardware, or software issues and train end-users on new systems and procedures.
- Essential SkillsAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with databases (SQL), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and various operating systems or cloud platforms.
