Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Coordinate with stakeholders and track actions, priorities, and follow-ups.

Support non-BAU activities through structured thinking and problem-solving.

Handle sensitive business information with confidentiality and discretion.

12 to 15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, Business Management, or a related role.

Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good experience with MS Office and collaboration/productivity tools.

Exposure to AI/Generative AI tools is an advantage, with stronger hands-on AI experience preferred.

Ability to use AI tools and natural language prompts for information gathering, analysis, summarization, documentation, and other operational activities.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to approach unfamiliar or non-BAU situations logically.

Willingness to learn and further develop AI capabilities.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation programs.

Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools.

Experience working in complex, matrixed, or globally distributed organizations.

Relevant project or program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
