IT Support Executive – Thane
Job Overview
We are hiring an IT Support Executive for a reputed school in Thane, Maharashtra. The candidate will handle day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and school IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support and technical troubleshooting
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 Administration
- Troubleshoot networking, switches, and firewall issues
- Handle CCTV and biometric systems
- Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain IT equipment and basic technical documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience
- Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience can also be considered
- Hands-on knowledge of Networking, Microsoft Office 365, CCTV, Biometric systems, Firewalls, and Switches
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
