Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Input and update business data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets.
- System Operations: Monitor computer systems, ensure software is up-to-date, and run regular system backups.
- Administrative Support: Manage office emails, prepare documentation using MS Office (Word/Excel), and handle office files.
- Troubleshooting: Address basic technical issues, clear printer/system errors, and escalate complex problems to the IT team.
- Data Security: Ensure the security and confidentiality of all office records and sensitive data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic typing skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and office peripherals.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and good problem-solving capabilities.
