GST Solutions and Consultant is hiring an E-Commerce Account Manager to manage seller accounts across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Blinkit, Tata BigBasket and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions and images.
• Upload new products and manage catalogues.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings and catalog issues.
• Process and monitor customer orders.
• Handle returns, claims and seller support tickets.
• Track account health and policy compliance.
• Coordinate inventory updates and stock management.
• Prepare sales reports using MS Excel.
• Communicate with marketplace support teams and clients.
• Assist sellers in improving sales and operational performance.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Good computer operating skills are mandatory.
• Must know how to use Windows PC, folders, files, internet, email and keyboard shortcuts.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good English reading and typing skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

• B.Com Graduate preferred (other graduates with relevant e-commerce experience may also apply).
• Freshers with strong computer skills are welcome.
• Experienced candidates will be given preference.
• Candidates must be sincere, punctual and willing to build a long-term career.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹7,000 or more, depending on skills and interview performance.
