Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining operational data in company systems. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in ERP, WMS, TMS, or company software.
• Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and inventory transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams for data updates.
• Maintain documentation and filing of operational records.
• Generate invoices, e-way bills, PODs, and other logistics-related documents as required.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
• Follow company policies and data confidentiality guidelines.

Required Skills

• MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Advance Excel (V-Lookup,Pivot Table,ETC)
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) can also apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
