Full job description

  • Maintain centralized project-wise data in Excel/ERP.
  • Maintain quotation and enquiry database.
  • Record all incoming enquiries and their current status.
  • Track quotation submission, revision, follow-up and final status.
  • Maintain project-wise BOQ and costing data.
  • Maintain client and vendor databases.
  • Maintain purchase and material tracking records.
  • Maintain project-wise order value, billing, received payment and pending payment data.
  • Maintain project schedule and progress trackers.
  • Track pending approvals, drawings, materials and client decisions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

Pay: ₹11,707.81 - ₹33,984.14 per month
