Construction Worker jobs

Safety Management: Enforce site safety rules, conduct safety inspections, and manage emergency situations to minimize accidents.Operational Oversight: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work adheres to building plans and specifications.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule workers and subcontractors to ensure efficiency.Quality Control: Inspect work to identify potential hazards or deficiencies in quality, recommending improvements.Resource Coordination: Monitor inventory and order construction materials to keep projects on schedule.Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate, daily records of site progress and attendance, and report to the project manager.
