Job Title: Junior Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally and ERP/accounting software, and excellent analytical skills to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.

* Maintain general ledger and financial records.

* Process GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

* Maintain vendor and customer account records.

* Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally and ERP/accounting software.

* Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.

* Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

* 3–6 years of experience as an Accountant or Assistant Accountant.

* Strong working knowledge of Tally and ERP/accounting software.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting standards.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

* Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in the construction, interior, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
