Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision

• Assist in supervising daily construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Report site issues and delays to senior engineers.

Quality Control

• Assist in conducting quality inspections of ongoing work.
• Ensure construction materials and workmanship meet project standards.
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
• Support testing and quality assurance activities.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth project execution.
• Assist in planning daily work schedules and resource requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at the site.
• Participate in site meetings and project review discussions.

Measurement & Billing

• Take site measurements and maintain quantity records.
• Assist in preparing contractor bills and work completion reports.
• Verify work quantities and maintain measurement sheets.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Maintain drawings, technical documents, and project files.
• Update work status and submit reports to senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation of completed work.

Safety Compliance

• Follow company safety policies and site safety procedures.
• Support the implementation of health and safety measures.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety inspections.

Technical Support

• Review drawings and identify discrepancies, if any.
• Assist in resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in construction projects.
• Freshers with relevant internships or site experience may also apply.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of site execution, measurements, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work at project sites.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Time management and teamwork skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy of site supervision and reporting.
• Adherence to project timelines.
• Quality compliance of assigned work.
• Proper maintenance of site documentation.
• Compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
