Key Responsibilities:

• To manage site store operations, ensuring proper inventory control, material tracking, documentation, and coordination with procurement and site teams.
• Manage day-to -day store operations.
• Maintain records of material inward/outward (GRN issue slips, stock register).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and challans.
• Coordinate for timely material availability.
• Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of materials.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Track material consumption and report variances.
• Maintain audit documentation.
• Coordinate with the purchase department regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction store management.
• Strong organizational skills, Vendor coordination skills, Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction materials.
• Experience in GRN and stock handling, Basic MS Excel Knowledge.
