Aurika Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety standards to achieve project milestones within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Allocate work and manage labor, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality of construction work and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance, and site records.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.
• Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues related to manpower, materials, and execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to quality and safety requirements.
• Assist in achieving project timelines and productivity targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
