Position- Sr. Travel Consultant (Corporate Travel)

Location- Manesar

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Consultant to manage corporate travel requirements, including domestic and international bookings and end-to-end travel coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AMADEUS, excellent client-handling skills, and experience in servicing corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end corporate travel requirements (Domestic & International).

Manage flight, hotel and other travel services.

Provide the best possible routing and cost-effective travel solutions.

Issue, reissue, refund, and manage ticketing through GDS Amadeus.

Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests.

Manage dedicated corporate accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure compliance with company travel policies and client SLAs.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for special requests and negotiations.

Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate booking records.

Support group travel and MICE requirements when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–7 years of experience in Corporate Travel.

Strong knowledge of GDS systems Amadeus.

Experience in handling corporate clients independently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume bookings.

Proficiency in MS Office.
