Full job description

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Producer / Script Writer to develop engaging solo, direct-to-camera video content for Divya Jain’s Podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop relevant and engaging content ideas.
  • Write conversational scripts, hooks, talking points, and episode structures.
  • Work closely with Divya to refine scripts and align content with her voice and style.
  • Support shoot planning and review raw footage.
  • Coordinate and contribute to post-production, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, graphics, captions, and overall quality.
  • Identify and create content opportunities from long-form videos for Reels/Shorts.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in content writing, video production, digital media, YouTube, or a similar role.
  • Strong scriptwriting, research, and storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of video content and post-production workflows.
  • Good knowledge of YouTube and short-form content.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe software, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can take an idea from research → script → shoot → post-production → final video, while keeping the content engaging, authentic, and aligned with Divya's voice.
