Role Overview:

We are looking for an entry-level Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and project coordination within an L&D environment.

Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – L&D (Fresher)

Location: Baner, Pune

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining Looker dashboards for L&D reporting.
• Support data analysis to track key performance metrics (KPIs) for training programs.
• Help in designing data models for better reporting and insights.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into data-driven solutions.
• Assist in managing key accounts, acting as a point of contact for data-related queries.
• Support project coordination for L&D initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
• Perform data cleaning and reporting using Excel.
• Learn and implement automation techniques for reporting processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Looker (or willingness to learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
• Interest in Project Management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
