  • responsible for the copy discipline: build the frameworks, briefs, and standards that make writing sharper and more consistent.
  • evolve and scale CRED's voice across product, marketing, campaigns, and comms. raise the standard. protect it. push it further.
  • run initiatives independently: you don't wait for a brief to tell you what needs writing attention, you spot it and drive it.
  • translate high-level direction into sharp briefs, and raise junior writing to a consistent standard.
  • give sharp, decisive feedback regardless of who's on the receiving end: seniority, yours or theirs, doesn't soften your judgment.
  • drive narratives for major launches: across app, films, brand campaigns, activations, and content platforms. the idea starts with you; the execution carries your fingerprints.
  • bring clarity in ambiguity: simplify the complex, challenge the obvious, articulate intent without losing nuance.
