Role Overview:

The role involves contributing to the design and development of new features, independently analyzing business challenges and technical issues, and delivering smart, practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications.
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze user requirements to design and develop technical solutions.
• Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain user documentation for implemented solutions.
  Preferred Attributes
• Proficiency in user interface design and database structures.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Competence in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using common design patterns.
• Ability to debug efficiently and optimize code.

Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java-based projects.

• Mandatory Technical Skills:
  • Core Java
  • HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, JSP, JSTL
• Framework: Strong expertise in Spring MVC or Spring Boot.
• Database: Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Servers: Experience with Tomcat and WebLogic.
• Version Control: Experience with GIT/Bitbucket
• Java Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
