Job Title: Counselling Psychologist

Indian Counselling Services (ICS) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Counselling Psychologist to join our team at our Tilak Nagar office. The role involves conducting intake assessments and one-to-one counselling sessions while also supporting our Admissions Counselling Team by addressing psychology-related queries from prospective students and guiding them about our psychology courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and individual counselling sessions.
• Assess clients' concerns and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
• Assist the Admissions Counselling Team with psychology-related queries.
• Explain psychology courses, learning outcomes, and career opportunities to prospective students.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client and student experience.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and students.
• Knowledge of counselling techniques and psychological assessments.
• Freshers with relevant practical training are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In-person (Tilak Nagar, New Delhi)

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
