Job Description:

Thousands of students use our website to explore and decide their University and destination choices. We are extremely focused on student success and everything we do is for empowering students. You will be part of the counseling and admissions team, who will provide high quality advice, guidance, information and counseling throughout the application and admission process.

You will play a key role in supporting students throughout their university admissions journey and helping them make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate study options including suitable courses and institutions.
• Reach out to potential student leads through Respond to face to face enquiries and enquiries visa phone and email in a timely manner, with accurate and relevant information.
• Schedule and conduct phone/Online discussions and office meetings to accurately convey course / program information whilst ensuring that each students’ needs are being met. This includes advising students with respect to admissions requirements, processes and qualification options.
• Assist students in determining an appropriate shortlist of applications to submit, thereby ensuring effective use of counselling time.
• Support the student through the admissions and pre departure processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and their families
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with students and their families, clients and colleagues.
• Use popular CRM systems to manage and nurture student leads as well as collaborate with colleagues

How will your performance be measured?

• While you are providing high quality counseling services, you need to also ensure a high number of students are converted to the next stage of the admission process, ultimately submitting applications to education institutions and accepting the resulting offers.
• You will be required consistently to up sell and cross promote other Gyanberry services such as online prep materials, higher education webinars, visa services, Essay review services, etc. which will help students to excel.

Essential requirements:

• Educated to at least bachelor’s degree level or equivalent( international education experience will be a plus)
• Highly fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong experience in a counseling-driven environment, with the ability to balance student-centric guidance while delivering individual and team performance objectives.
• Knowledge of University admission processes, visa requirements and experience of working in international education firms
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent planning and multitasking skills
• Passion for working with students and families
• Highly effective relationship nurturing skills.
• Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems.

Job Location

• Remote - India

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
