Job Summary:

The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for handling walk-in and online patient enquiries, understanding their concerns, and recommending appropriate treatment plans. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving monthly conversion and sales targets, mentoring junior counsellors, and ensuring exceptional patient experience at Dadu Medical Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Understand patient concerns, skin/hair conditions, and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
• Achieve individual and team sales/conversion targets set by management.
• Maintain detailed patient records, follow-up schedules, and ensure post-consultation satisfaction.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth treatment flow.
• Handle escalations or complex cases requiring senior-level counselling.
• Train and mentor junior counsellors on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
• Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns to increase patient engagement.
• Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, ethical sales practices, and service quality standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales/counselling reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Minimum 3–5 years of counselling or sales experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, or healthcare setup.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skin/hair procedures, and patient psychology.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week (as per clinic roster)
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
