Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Acquire new customers, hospitals, and corporate accounts.
• Convert leads into business opportunities and generate new sales.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans.

Territory Expansion & Account Management

• Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors in new territories.
• Manage and grow key accounts and customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Expand business presence in assigned regions.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze hospital-wise, brand-wise, and distributor sales data.
• Ensure achievement of territory and organizational goals.

Customer Service

• Ensure effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Coordinate timely product supply and order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement and corporate stakeholders.

Team Management

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching.
• Ensure clear roles, accountability, and team effectiveness.

Market Development

• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
• Provide inputs for product and business growth strategies.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
