Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and trend-savvy PR Manager to join our PR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing PR strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage with influencers, and drive media coverage. This role requires a strong understanding of the beauty and fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with beauty and fashion editors, journalists, and influencers to secure media placements and endorsements.
• Press Materials: Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, product sheets, and other PR materials that highlight new product launches, brand milestones, and events.
• Influencer Engagement: Identify, build, and manage relationships with beauty and fashion influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify campaigns and promote products.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute brand events, such as product launches, fashion shows, and influencer meet-and-greets, ensuring they align with brand objectives and create media buzz.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with beauty and fashion trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights, incorporating these into PR strategies.
• Digital PR: Work with the social media team to develop online campaigns that support PR objectives, engage audiences, and monitor brand mentions.
• Product Placements: Strategize product placements in media outlets, influencer content, and editorial pieces to drive brand awareness.
• Brand Storytelling: Create and pitch compelling stories that resonate with audiences and reinforce brand values in beauty and fashion.
• Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on media coverage, campaign performance, and engagement to assess the impact of PR initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of PR experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and brand voice.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of beauty and fashion trends, consumer preferences, and media landscape.
• Influencer Relations: Experience working with beauty and fashion influencers, with a network of industry contacts being a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Social Media Insight: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and how they can support PR efforts.
• Creativity: Ability to develop creative PR concepts that resonate with audiences and differentiate the brand.
