We are looking for a creative director to head the creative department at our experience. The candidate must be a natural leader with the capacity to bring out the best in their team members. You will work closely with the graphic design and marketing departments as the creative director to deliver compelling content that fulfils our consumers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the brand teams to produce new ideas for key accounts across social media communication, branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
- Evaluate trends, client requirements, KPIs, consumer trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
- Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner
- Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
- Shape brand strategies and create procedures to ensure all creative outcomes are brand appropriate
- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copies along with copy-writers that meet clients’ requirements
Must Haves
- Minimum 5 years of creative direction and copywriting experience with a Digital Marketing/Advertising agency
- A solid understanding of design, copy and digital / social practices
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker
